The Institute of Croatian Language and Linguistics, Republike Austrije 16, Zagreb, upon the approval of the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, announces the following
VACANCIES
1. systematized job vacancies without an increase in overall job vacancies:
- research associate for the post of research associate within the Department of Dialectology
- two senior research associates for the post of senior research associate within the Department of Croatian Language History and Historical Lexicography
- senior research associate for the post of senior research associate within the Department of Onomastics and Etymology
2. research assistant for an assistant position in the field of the humanities, subfield of philology, the branch of Croatian studies, within the Department of Onomastics and Etymology, on the Onomastic and Etymological Research of the Croatian Language project (project code: 212-2120920-0921).

Applicants for Article 1 of the Tender must comply with the conditions prescribed by the Scientific Activities and Higher Education Act (Narodne novine - Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia no. 123/03, 198/03, 105/04, 174/04, 02/07, 46/07, 45/09, 63/11) and with additional conditions prescribed by the Institute's Code of Workplace Organization. Applicants must submit the following documents with their application: curriculum vitae, certificate of citizenship, proof of academic degree, research post of research associate, i.e. senior research associate, and a list of published research papers.
Applicants for Article 2 of the Tender must comply with the conditions prescribed by Article 43 of the Scientific Activities and Higher Education Act (Narodne novine - Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia no. 123/03, 198/03, 105/04, 174/04, 02/07, 46/07, 45/09, 63/11). The term of employment contracts is limited for the purpose of acquiring a doctorate degree. Applicants must submit the following documents with their application: curriculum vitae, certificate of citizenship, proof of achieved academic degree, statement on the applicant's performance issued by a faculty/university, transcript of all grades during graduate studies, and a statement by the faculty/university that the applicant is among the top 10% of alumni overall or among the top 10 alumni if there were no more than 100 students enrolled in the course.

The deadline for applications is 8 days from the announcement of job vacancies in Narodne novine (Official Gazzette of the Republic of Croatia).
Both genders may apply for the positions.
